He charged $617 to have one wart removed. His staff new we were a drop in client from out of state and when asked to pay cash they insisted on billing my insurance. Of course my insurance didn't work as they lied. They then went on to charge me $305 for a new patient visit when i was clear we live out of state and only want ONE wart removed. They totally played me. SHAMEFUL

I went to see Philip Chapa with symptoms of being sick and he put me on medication that I told him wouldn't work it was a inhaler and it ended up u had pneumonia and the inhaler made it harder to breath rather then helping at all and talked down to me the whole time he has no care for patients at all

I went to see him because I was extremely sick. He told me my pain was because I was overweight. Also he told me I needed to go vegan and that would fix all of my problems. After seeing another doctor two days later, and spending a night in the ER, I actually had salmonella. His advice to go vegan would not have helped me with salmonella. He was extremely rude, and didn't listen to me.
