Dr. Phil is an amazing PT! He has treated my husband and myself over the last few years giving us always pain relief. Now I am seeing Dr. Phil for PT with rotator cuff surgery recovery. Needless to say, he is the best! My surgeon, Dr. Jesse West, thinks the same. It has been ten weeks and I continue to improve with wonderful results. I am 70 and was told that recovery would be slow, but for my age I think I am doing great! All because of the expertise of Dr. Phil. who I highly recommend!!
