Phyllis doesn't take the time to listen to you as a patient. She has her opinions already made about everything, and doesn't treat you as an individual. She asks you what's going on, and then doesn't listen. Another Dr. that makes their entrance into the room so they can get paid, then backs out the door five minutes after coming in as you are trying to talk about your health issues that are making your life a living hell. Medical record mris, xrays, and specialist recommendations ignored.
