Phyllis Caffarella, FNP

I saw Ms. Caffarella for an emergency appointment following a winter fall. She was able to see me quickly, and was caring, knowledgable and helpful. I thought she was great and wouldn't hesitate to see her again.

I agreed to an appointment with this NP as my normal MD was not available at that time. Phyllis was not friendly, not attentive, impatient, and so missed a few major procedures during my annual physical (skin observation, ears check etc). Extremely badly performed prostate exam left quite painful hemorrhoids. She annoyingly persisted to prescribe some test that was not needed. Finished the annual in less than 20min while expected to be much longer, as it always was and should be. And.. she left the room abruptly, without any professional (and human) courtesies, just like she started. I would recommend to avoid her, unless absolutely no choice.
