Preston is just lovely. He cares immensely about what you tell him, and he remembers even the small details of each session. He specializes in somatic techniques, and he's really good at explaining what's going on in your body when you're experiencing various emotions. He's also not afraid to share about himself, especially when he's connecting with you, which I found to be a really sweet quality in a counselor.
