Denied service
She denied me talk therapy services before she even talked to me. I have a slight speech impediment that makes it difficult to understand me over the phone. she said she was "uncomfortable" with counseling me because she wouldn’t be able to understand me. Mom and I both reassured her that she be would be able to understand because I have done telahealth successfully many times in the past but she wouldn’t hear it.
