Extremely helpful! I've been going to Dr. Works for a while now and he is always extremely engaged and kind. His staff is efficient and friendly as well. He's also very good with my kids. So thankful to have found his practice.

The Dr had trouble creating a prescription for my right eye, but eventually came up with one. 2 months and 1 day after I saw the Dr. I am still adjusting to my glasses. The receptionist informed me it would be $65 to see the Dr. again due to the warranty expiring just the day before (never was given this information). She was pretty rude, asked why I didn't come in sooner, and would not offer to re-examine my eyes under warranty b/c my eye sight could have changed. It was never correct!

Poor communicator. Seems to be dull and not paying attention to details. He will look at you talking but his brain seems to be somewhere else.
Rude different same style receptionists.
They don't respect appointment time and they will allow Wilkins to take your appointment while sitting in the waiting room.
He has a camera behind the receptionist watching all on the front. Constantly!!!!!!
