While I absolutely love Rachel Cittone the office staff is horrible. I've been going to this office for years and only continued to do so because of Rachel. This week though I had an interaction with the Office Manager and I'm officially done. Typically the office staff is rude and unhelpful. They hang up on you (once ok no problem, but 17 times?????) when trying to make an appointment. Yesterday the Office Manager answered the phone when I called asking a question about my upcoming appointment. She was rude, condescending, and snarky. She must have said something to the nurse because the nurse called me back immediately to apologize. The nurse told me I should have called her directly and kept saying "I know I'm sorry". Although I appreciate her apologizing she has NOTHING to apologize for. If the Office Manager can't be kind it is no wonder the rest of the office staff is so terrible. STAY AWAY from this office!
