I am disgusted with anyone who would down talk this genetic counselor! I have personal experience with her. She is sympathetic..compassionate..professional..empathetic..and takes time to listen to ALL OF HER PATIENTS. WHEN YOU WANT SOMEONE TO WALK YOU THROUGH THE RISKS YOUR BABY HAS AND GIVE YOU THE BEST TESTING OUT THERE AND OPTIONS AVAILABLE SHE IS YOUR WOMEN! I have nothing but great respect for her and the job she does ..which fyi isn't easy!
Love her! BEST GENETIC COUNSELOR.

I disagree with the last review on rachel. She is very caring and does return my phone calls. She is very educated and has answered every question I have had. She goes way above what the last genetic councilor did for me. She offered me testing that I had no idea were available. I wish I would have had her my last pregnancy. I would recommend her to all my friends. Thank you Rachel

Avoid her at all costs!! She is the rudest, most self centered person that I have ever dealt with. Despite dealing with all the stresses of a high risk pregnancy, she is casual about contacting them for scheduling tests, retrieving test results, discussing high risk issues with the patients. She 'works' from 9 to 11 and will never return your call. She does not follow through on testing ordered by physicians....she is terrible!! Go out of the area if necessary but do not see her!!
