Responsive and understanding
Rachel is the best PCP I've had. She is responsive to messages and always understanding and helpful. In our visits, I never feel like I am being patronized or lectured. Her approach is realistic, pragmatic, and kind. Her office is also very easy to get to, lots of parking, and all of my appointments have always run on time.
