I had never had any experience concerning ear, nose, or throat issues and Rachel did such a great job of explaining everything that she did. Her exam was very thorough.

The PA that I saw was amazing! She made me feel so comfortable and was very knowledgeable. She was kind and caring. She informed me of everything that she was doing and then recommended that we put a tube back in my ear. Went to see if the doctor could do it right a way. I was so impressed that the doctor was available and came in and put the tube back in my ear about 5 minutes lated! He did an amazing and was very professional also!

Rachel and her nurse were the best!! Kind, concerned, knowledgeable and compassionate. Rachel was a second opinion after initial treatment in Sioux Falls. Rachel will definitely be my primary ENT provider from now on.
