Rachel Mackessy-Lloyd and I met for the first time abt. 2 weeks ago. I felt comfortable in her advice. She had sharp listening skills, and recommended me to 3 further professionals. I saw Ortho. After x-rays, as I entered his office, he turned from his desk to me in the doorway, never allowed me to enter his office, argued that my injuries (1 a new break and 1 a re-break) must have been broken together the first time, which they were not. He repeated this over and over. He was awful.

THE WORST OFFICE EVER. I've really needed an appointment because I've been super sick. They scheduled me for a day and time and everything was set, I even confirmed the appointment. They decided to call me on Tuesday when my appointment was on Thursday (so two days before my scheduled appointment) that they neglected to block off the times for her "meeting" that day and that she can no longer see me. They are so unprofessional, and now I have to go longer without a doctor. Do NOT recommend!
