Rachel Miller, FNP

I’ve been seeing Rachel for years. She is wonderful. She is extremely thorough, and truly takes the time to listen during physicals. Though I see her only once a year, she remembers things about my medical history as well as my personal life! I find her to be very personable as well, which adds a layer of comfort. I never wait to see her and the staff is friendly.

I saw the back of Rachel Miller on my first visit. She was on the computer and never looked at me. The next and final time, I wanted to know if I needed a prescription for bloodwork. I told her that I had a doctor in December go over my November bloodwork. She proceded to "evaluate" my bloodwork even when I interrupted her several times. My only question was to I need bloodwork before seeing the doctor in August. Medicare and I were charged a total of $200 for a telephone evaluation. The office is a factory and I don't recommend her or anyone in that office.

Very unsatisfied with my phone appointment with her. She was rude and impatient . When I went to get meds called in by a different doctor I found out she never even called in prescription. Everything she said was the complete opposite of what I was told by the doctor I saw that same day! It was very upsetting to be treated the way that she did.

Had tele appointment for an eye condition. Thorough and clear directions.

In the time I've been seeing NP Rachel Miller, I've found her to be professional, caring and intuitive. Her manner in the examination room is pragmatic while maintaining a sense of warmth and accessibility. She takes the time to explain what may not be clear and her positive attitude is quite comforting. In addition, I have always found the entire staff to be welcoming and professional. I would highly recommend NP Rachel Miller to anyone looking for excellent primary care in the area.

I had several bad experiences with this nurse practitioner. She is unfriendly and very rude. I walked in the office extremely ill and could barely speak due to sore throat. I was sick for almost 3 weeks and wanted to know if it was serious. Instead of being kind, noticingI came for help, she looked at me and told me to eat. I am a skinny girl. I weigh 100 lbs at 5'1.I eat like a monster and there is nothing that will make me gain weight. she just made me feel bad in my own skin. Don't go to her
