Refused to help with insurance appeal
Our child received a jaw injury over the weekend and Rachel ordered a CT scan to check for fractures. Our insurance denied coverage of the CT scan because, according to them, an X-ray should have been performed first. When we reached for Rachel's help with the claim per our insurance's instructions she refused to help only providing 'We do not do that from urgent care' as her reason. How are we supposed to appeal a physician ordered procedure when the physician will not help us?
