Rachel Waite thinks she knows everything. While being educated in her field..she is not a spine surgeon or radiologist . She evaluated me with my MRI and thought I should get a brain scan to see why I have difficulty walking and balance issues. Stated it wasn't due to my 2 failed back surgeries She thought my spine didnt show any nerve impingement. I don't have a brain tumor per my MRI. I have DDD.. my spine is collapsing. Misdiagnosed me..and now stands between me seeing a surgeon in this department. No one wants surgery...they just want to know the cause of their medical problem. Shame on you Rachel..I hope you never have a family member go through this. Stop playing doctor! Not ever coming back to this department.

Not impressed. Arrogant, not willing to listen and way too busy hearing herself speak. Perhaps she could hear better if she took her finger off the mute button and listened to input from the patient and his spouse. Fact is, the telemedicine zoom call was unnecessary, because she knew without ever assessing anything what her decision was going to be! My question would be - what assessment? Is she familiar with paratroopers syndrome? I would also like to see blood work which indicates arthritis. In addition, I would also want to see the osteocyte formations. Furthermore, it has already been established, it is NOT related to MUSCLES. Would not recommend for any reason. Cleveland Clinic has really gone down hill. It was once a state of the art, A plus hospital. Now not so much!
