Rachel, absolutely changed my life. We did EMDR for about 3 years, and I worked through almost 30 years of trauma with her. She has a very honest/tough love approach which personally worked very well for me. We stopped because I moved away from NYC, and beforehand we both felt that I was in a good place. I do miss our weekly sessions, as she is someone who is very compassionate, intelligent and hilarious. Thank you so much for our time together.
