She was great at first. But she constantly told us our daughter would never get anASD Dx. When an neurologist medicated our daughter, she chastised me in front of my daughter to the point I broke down in tears. She insinuated I was a horrible parent who only wanted to drug my child. This was concerted care within ascension and the left hand never knew what the right hand was doing. Fast forward six months, we have changed providers and have the diagnosis she spent two years telling us we would never get. It’s sad that a medical professional becomes so beat down by a system that they perpetuate the care they claim to despise.

Rachelle has a way of communicating with children in a way that makes them feel comfortable and accepted. She has a gift to help direct parents, or anyone trying to help the child, with life changing results. We are so thankful for her assistance throughout the process of our situation. Forever grateful.
