As a professional PT myself, I am very impressed with Dr. Patel and the staff at Apex. This was my second time recovering from a back issue with Dr. Patel. I was there three years ago and received excellent care and experienced the same high level this summer. Dr. Patel was focused on my case, slowly adding exercises as I was progressing -- without being pushy. Physical Therapy is not great there. It's a one-man show. Dr. Patel is the only one person doing multitasking with a few patients at the same time. She assigns you an exercise and walks away not observing to make sure you are doing the right way or not. After getting home I was sore all over and in more pain than before. The staff is not very friendly either and when you call them for any billing errors they don't provide you the CPT Code that they billed insurance for you. The excuses are that Doctor is busy now and she has the billing code, when the staff is the one that processes all the billing information to the insurance company. I would not recommend this Apex Physical Therapy to anyone. I went there based on 5 stars reviews but it all appears to me as a Fake Reviews. The place is in the basement level and extremely small and hardly any staff. I called my insurance and told them to cancel my authorization immediately.

It is without hesitation that I encourage patients to visit Dr. Patel at Apex Physical Therapy. Dr. Patel is extremely knowledgeable, and she takes the time to explain the reason(s) for doing each exercise. Dr. Patel has provided me with home exercises that supplement the high quality of care I receive in her office. Dr. Patel and her office staff are competent, caring, and committed, making sure that the needs of each patient are met, while providing a.welcomig and comfortable atmosphere.

Very professional and caring

This was the very first time I needed to visit a physical therapist. Dr. Patel's medical expertise is without question the best. She and her staff are professional as well as friendly, informative, patient and kind. She cured my very painful shoulder issue within six weeks. I highly recommend Dr. Patel and her staff and would not hesitate to return to her care should the need arise.

I injured my back and had many months of pain/numbness. I had an Mri taken that determined I have a severe herniated disk. My physician suggested I see a physical therapist. I selected dr Patel based on her academic credentials and positive reviews online. Within a few weeks of pt, Dr Patels exercises have significantly improved my back pain and my leg numbness is gone. She has been incredibly helpful and is knowledgeable, patient and an outstanding physical therapist.
