Raena has poor communication skills. She made no effort to introduce herself and expected to get straight to a pelvic examination. I was very uncomfortable and only there because I had pain that the triage nurse thought should be seen ASAP. Even my husband noticed Raena was very condescending and tried to pressure me to do tests I didn't want and would not explain what they were for or why they were necessary. In the end she just wanted to push prescription painkillers and ignore my questions.
