Raime was excellent with me as a new patient. She thoroughly explained my lab results sharing why she would / wouldn't suggest medications or supplements to address any numbers that were not ideal. I had plenty of time to ask my own questions and appreciate that telehealth is available for follow up appointments.

I don’t generally leave negative reviews, but since Raime chose to doc me in my own medical record with no recourse, I will defend myself here. Raime recorded in my record I was rude to her staff. She could not tell me to whom or when. My only assumption is that I told her daughter (presumption) it was unacceptable I had to wait several weeks for my appointment with Raime to have my medication adjusted. There were no earlier appointments available. When I finally was able to meet with Raime, she said she doesn’t have time to review every patient’s labs. That should be alarming to anyone. She said my numbers were normal, albeit several were out of range and I felt poorly. I was “confrontational” when I voiced my concerns. I have always enjoyed working with Michelle. Alejandro (sp?) is also delightful and I hope her deployment goes well.If you have Hashimoto’s, find a functional medicine doctor, not a cosmetic/aesthetic/BHRT provider who is spread too thinly.

Raime is very easy to discuss issues and concerns with and extremely thorough in explaining treatment. Very professional.
