I've been working with Dr. Hafftka for a few weeks and she has been wonderful. She is a great listener, asks questions and provides overall insightful feedback to help with anything I may be going through at the time. I also appreciate the fact that she has knowledge on different cultures and is able to understand my experiences better. Great experience so far and would recommend!

Dr.Hafftka is an incredible therapist, she’s very understanding and is very empathetic and knowledgeable. She’s helping me understand how to listen to my own emotions and and give them the validity that they deserve. In just one month I’ve made amazing improvements and strives in my life, if you’re hesitant about therapy at all I would recommend Dr.Hafftka with one hundred percent certainty.

Raina is amazing. She really listens and makes you feel cared about. She's someone who is able to help guide you through your struggles, discover more about yourself, and also someone who can be your friend. I always look forward to my sessions with her. I can see the progress I've made and I really appreciated everything she has done for me. Thank you Raina for being there for me and listening to all of my rantings and troubles. You're awesome!
