Ralph is great Eugene is NOT
I have been a patient of Ralph’s for decades. Referred several colleagues to him. Paid my bills at time of service. Scheduled appointment (through Eugene) for a family member. We showed up for that appt and was told doc wasn’t in. Asked to reschedule and was told Ralph would call. No one ever called. I repeatedly spoke to Eugene to reschedule and got no appointment. Ralph and Antoinette’s are fantastic but Eugene NOT AT ALL. ultimately however it is up to Ralph to set up office procedures and apparently Ralph and Antonette are directing Eugene. It is perplexing why a decades long relationship was cut off.

We've been going for years and years! Very pleasant individual. Also very good at what he's trained in. Easy, easy going person.
