Wonderful experience!
Dr. Rao has been such a valuable person on my mental health journey! She has provided me with the tools to manage my anxiety and depressive symptoms. She has innovative ways to get to the heart of the matter and is always willing to listen and make time. I would not hesitate in recommending Dr. Rao to anyone that is willing to take that next step to therapy.

Amazing and compassionate
Dr. Rao and I met in 2019 (maybe earlier?) and she’s the first therapist I have ever trusted with my life. She truly listens, provides realistic tools, and offers autonomy in every session. I saw her in person and virtually — there is too much good to say about her. If you are looking for a therapist who is well educated in trauma intervention practices, she is the woman to go to. My life changed for the better after meeting her; finally gained the courage to make important decisions that led me to expansiveness and happiness within my body and soul.

Highly Recommend Dr. Rao
I was directed to Dr. Rao for EMDR therapy for CPTSD by my retiring practitioner and I enthusiastically recommend her practice. Dr. Rao is highly educated, intuitive, empathetic, and analytical. In one year I made more progress than in many years of talk therapy alone. I gained self-awareness and learned healing techniques that have transformed my quality of life.

This box is not nearly enough room to explain how excellent this doctor is. She has changed my life. I went to her for four years. I originally chose her because of all the education she has head and different types of therapy she used. Not only is she a brilliant psychologist but she is also very caring, considerate, professional, and will go to great lengths to help you cope and manage everyday stresses. She will give you so many different tools to use. I have grown so much and owe it all to h
