Very kind & professional, but obviously did not review patient prior to speaking with patient. My father has Alzheimer’s and can not remember 2 minutes ago. Asking an Alzheimer’s patient detailed questions of how they have been ‘feeling’ over the past month is ludicrous. Should trust the response of the caregiver who is with patient at appointment and is on the patient’s approved to talk to list. Instead he questioned my father whether he had been irritable & raging lately… huge surprise my father said no so we are no better off.

Mr Ramirez was very professional and thorough. He communicated very clearly and I was able to understand he’s thinking. I like that he is very big on prevention of disease or illness.
