Long Time Fan
Ramona is very pleasant. She really listens to you. She puts in long hours too. However, perhaps she may be slightly less versed in some upcoming medications than others. Plus, she is not one to "mess around" with innovative ideas nor very commanding, as she would rather do what the patient wants than what she thinks is best.

Nurse practitioner Pettry is a wonderful nurse. She will go out of her way to help you. When we couldn’t find a counselor, she listened to our problems and offered help, even though her job is dealing with your medications.

She is great but the practice she works for employs the most incompetent people ever. They are so unorganized and good luck actually getting through to Ramona.

Kinda felt like she pressure to much and didn’t have enough respect for first visit personally. She gave me more stress then help me on first visit. Think she needs learn be more compassionate with first visits and truly listen what the patient comfortable with instead kinda judgement
