I have been a patient of Dr. Edwards for years. I appreciate his comprehensive exams. He is friendly, thorough, and his exam fee includes most any testing, as part of the exam whereas other eye tend to nickel and dime you with additional fees. As patient you can appreciate his consistency.

Was rushed through the exam, he changed the lenses too fast my eyes couldn't focus. When I told him I couldn't see the letters clearly and was only guessing he insisted I was seeing 20/20, so I assumed I needed to get used to my new contacts only to find when I left the office I couldn't read signs, menu boards or anything 4 feet away. He refuses to give me a refund or a prescription I can use. I feel so ripped off, what a scam.
