II was very concerned about a growth on the skin on my breast. My husband accompanied me because I was really worried. The first thing Mr. Banks said when he looked at the spot on my breast is "Yes, that's cancer!". That word scared me to death and he had no concern about that. He went on to tell me five different times how much scarring there will be when they remove it. Went to another provider for the biopsy – turns out it was not cancer at all and it has now disappeared.
