Response to review not competent either
I met with randy (and my partner) on 6/8, 9/18, 10/5, 10/19 & 11/2 2018. The fact he does not remember me may be that I wasn't on the billing record or that he seemed asleep during there consultations. Retired for two years, but still trying to defend himself? Maybe he should talk to someone...competent!

I saw Randy a number of times with varying levels of disappointment. Nobody fits everybody, but I found Randy as the least skillful of a lifetime of councilors. I would NOT recommend him.

I have been counseling with Dr.Carrin for near 15 years now and find his professionalism, knowledge of my issues and compassion truly amazing. Through his counseling, I have been able to master my issues with confidence and introspection. He allows me to explain my feelings and challenges that I have dealt with all these years. I look forward to his professional services in the futures. He is a very knowledgeable and capable PsyD. I feel fortunate to be a patient of Dr. Carrin.

Don't let the smile in the photo fool you. The few appointments I had with Randy Carrin were off-putting and he displayed an odd level of almost ... cruelty? Maybe that's the word I'm looking for. He seemed to have absolutely no patience with me as I spoke to him about my home-life, and he borderline mocked my physical size. Please don't give him any of your money. The man doesn't care about you. It's almost like his goal is to have you feel worse after you leave. Stay far away.

Dr. Carrin is very understanding and dependable. Ive been very skeptical to go to a male psychologist since I started seeking help. He has truly gained my trust and respect and changes my views on going to a male doctor.

We were referred to Dr. Randy by friends and we couldn't have made a better decision. My husband and I have had years of stagnant or borderline obnoxious conversations. And small issues would make us both blow up almost instantly because we were in such a rut. Within 2 visits, Dr. Randy cut through all that bs and got us on a good footing. Of course we have a long way to go, but our home life has changed dramatically. Thank you!
