First, let me say that scheduling at this practice was super easy, which is uncommon when scheduling a new patient visit. The office staff was very nice and took their time answering all my questions. my visit wasn’t urgent but was to just establish a provider. I was scheduled within three weeks of my phone call but could have been seen a week or two earlier. This practice also offers automated text updates when an earlier appointment becomes available. Kelly (Raquel) Beauchamp is quite lovely. She introduced herself, washed her hands and sat down right next to me to start our initial exam. We talked for a good 15 minutes and went over my health history. I did not feel rushed at all. At the end of the visit, she did a recap, and we came up with a plan that we both agreed upon. I am very pleased with my first visit and look forward to having her has my primary care provider.
