After hobbling about for the better part of three days on what turned out to be a Jones fracture, I went to the walk-in clinic. It was early evening and I barely finished filling out the insurance forms when they came to take me back. PA Farrell was both honest and encouraging. He also inquired about other testing I might have had or might want to consider having after reviewing my imaging. I very much appreciate a pro-active approach. Very fortunate to have come in when he was on shift.

He listened to my explanation of my injury... we reviewed his findings from my exam and my xrays... it was refreshing to have someone really explain my injury and forming a conservative plan of care! He has a wonderful bedside manor and a great sense of humor!

My PA Rick Farrell was an awesome provider for my care with my fractured shoulder. He made the healing process less stressful and he made sure I was doing ok during the last few months. I would recomymend him for any patient who needed orthopedic care. He is the best by far and if I ever needed care again I would definitely have him for my provider.
