Dr. O'Brien and the practice overall lacked in professional presentation - unkempt, musty, shabby. At my third visit I had the distinct impression the doctor did not recognize me, could not remember what we had been speaking about, and had not taken any time to review his notes on our previous sessions. His cell phone went off several times during one session before he had the courtesy to mute it. I left each session feeling worse than when I went in.

Going to see Dr. O'Brien was a wonderful experience and I would definitely recommend it to my friends and family.
