Rebecca is an amazing therapist and person in general. She’s always there for me and is the most selfless person I know. All of the great things she does with her knowledge besides counseling are so inspiring. She’s empathetic, funny, and can point out the underlying reasons for the way I worry or think a lot of the time. She helps me learn and grow every week and I’m so thankful to have found her.

Dr Cowan is very warm and receptive. She makes me feel safe- free of judgment. I've tried therapy many times, but this is a very peaceful, powerful experience . She not only talks me thru and listens she provides great insight and really hears what I have to say. She reassures, challenges,and opens me up to find meaning in the things I say. I began online established a great rapport and moved to office sessions. I find her to be thoughtful,perceptive and empathetic! I Highly recommend her!
