Friendly and pleasant. Have seen her 3 times, and she needs to improve her listening skills. Wrote me a script for diltiazem to control an issue I told her I had not experienced. I was not comfortable with some of the answers I received. I realize sometimes things are not black and white, just seemed either unsure of her information or to flippant.
