Dr. John, one of Dr. Gomer's associates, is a wonderful audiologist. She was very thorough in my initial hearing test. She explained the results in a way that I could understand. When my hearing aids came in she made sure everything was working properly, walked me through how to use the app on my phone, showed me how to properly care for them, and then asked if I had any questions. She told me that if I had any problems or concerns to email her and let her know. There are follow up visits and quarterly visits planned. I could not have asked for a better experience! My past experience with getting hearing aids was not this pleasant!
