Zero respect for patients' time
They cancelled my appointment WHEN I WAS IN THEIR PARKING LOT for that appointment. In a completely disrespectful and unprofessional move, Dr. Rivera canceled my appointment less than an hour before it started, claiming there was a medical emergency and she was on call. Your emergency doesn't change the fact that I had to wait 3 weeks, take a day off of work, and drive an hour to get there. I had invested time and money into being there and I cannot get that back. They are completely inflexible and don't even make themselves available for a full business day.
