When I was looking for a new provider I came across Rebecca’s name. She was taking new patients (bonus)! Her M.A. Andrea is very nice, friendly, and keeps a smile on her face. I met Rebecca and she was very nice! However, I just called the office to have a referral sent to a different doctor from who they sent it to. The receptionist went on about me calling my insurance and seeing if he takes my insurance and I told her I looked him up and my insurance is in the list of what he takes. Then she asks for his name. As I’m spelling his last name she RUDELY interrupts and says “I need the last name first w/ spelling” I told her that’s what I was doing (I don’t think she liked MY tone). I work for ProHealth I’m an M.A. and I have NEVER been rude in person or on the phone with anyone. If you’re having a bad day..leave it at the door, fake those smiles in your face and in your voice! Rebecca can thank her for not having 5 stars!!
