Horrible Quality of Care
I brought my son in for suspected pink eye. On our way to the appointment we got a notification from my sons daycare that he had been exposed to covid the previous week, so I figured since we were already there we could test him for it. She did the test, but was very dismissive when it came to my request for testing, stating, 'if he is positive there nothing we can do about it'. I told her she's had a little bit of nasal draining but not to the extent that I would bring him to the doctor for. She said its not pink eye and that his eyes were draining because of the other draining going on and that typically with pink eye the eyes are red. I told her that his eyes are red, but she did not examine his eyes that entire visit and said the antibiotics she prescribed for his ear infection would 'clear up whatever is going on with his eyes'.I went to After Hours Pediatrics when I was young, my daughter has gone there the last 5 years, and I have never experienced an issue until now.

Incompetent
She has seen two of my children on two different occasions and diagnosed them with a “viral illness” after doing NO testing. I took them somewhere else where one kid was diagnosed with Covid and needed a breathing treatment and the other one tested positive for Influenza A and needed to be admitted to the hospital. She doesn’t listen to concerns when parents tell her something is wrong.
