Rebecca was my Case Manager when I was granted Hud/Vash during my two year stay in Seattle. She was very gracious in the way she guided me through all of the hoops necessary (at the time). When she did have to visit me at home, the visits were generally warm and cordial; and also informative as she would tell me about a food bank or another service I wasn’t aware of. I’ve gone on to bigger and better things, but I’ll always be grateful for the time spent with such a warm person.
