I waited for two months to get an appointment at this business. The first day I went to my appointment I found out that half of my appointments had been cancelled because they were down a therapist. The office manager said I has been called. I rescheduled the appointments, but I wasn't able to get any in March and had to wait until April. The next week when I went to my appointment, I told the office manager that I was upset that I hadn't been called so I could reschedule. She said that it said in my chart that I was left a voicemail. I told her no; I wasn't left a voicemail. She immediately got angry and told me I needed to be respectful. I told her I wasn't being disrespectful, and I wasn't even raising my voice. She said I was accusing her employee of not doing what she said. She then told me it was too bad and if I didn't like it I could go elsewhere. I told her I couldn't because they were the only ones on the preferred provider for my insurance. She then held my HSA card
