Unfortunately, I felt that Ms Thomas really didn't know much. She was not able to answer most of my questions. The only reason I saw her was that I was forced to see her prior to making an appointment with the doctor. Complete waste of my time. This practice needs to change their policy of forcing new patients to see the PA prior to being able to make an appointment with the doctor. I tried to forego the appointment with the PA, and was rudely told that I had to see the PA first. RIDICULOUS!
