Regina Yost, FNP-C

I have been going to this clinic since it was at the location near Doctor's Drive. The care has been top notch. This clinic staff has continuously been responsive to my personal needs as patient. Regina Yost has worked diligently to develop clinical services in house which provides direct assistance to her patients so they do not have to travel to several different locations for healthcare. Two of these are the Allergy Clinic and the Weight Loss Clinic. If there has ever been an issue with staff, Regina ensured the issue was handled properly and in the interest of enhanced patient care. I have read a number of the reviews and if there is a wait that is most likely due to the fact that the staff actually speak to you and ensures you are getting the best care not just a script and a checkout sheet, it is also important to note that the clinic tries to fit people in as much as possible when they express they need to be seen, when you need this you may be grateful.

Maybe when she first opened this clinic it ran well, but I’m warning people now, she runs the most disorganized and unprofessional clinic I’ve ever been to. I’m an Air Force veteran, I’ve been to some really poor clinics but this takes the cake. She will disregard your concerns and refuse to send your medical records over - even when a doctor is requesting them. It’s been 5 months and she will not send mine or my husbands records to our new office. The last time I came in, it took over an hour to be seen even with an appointment and when one of her NPs came in, she couldn’t find me in the system although I had been going there for over a year. They had checked me out and forgot about me in a room. This happened to my husband as well. Do not come here!

The most caring, down to earth provider I have been to since I was a child. She takes time to listen to your concerns, addresses all of them and will go to the fullest extent to get answers. She will bend over backwards to help you. I absolutely could not ask for a better provider. I absolutely love HER!!! 4 stars instead of 5 because it takes forever to get the back office staff to do anything i.e. referrals to another doctor. You have to stay on top of them and keep hounding them to get things done which can be a pain. I have known several people to have this issue. The care Regina provides does make up for that and when brought to her attention she does look into the situation and will rectify it. Other than that. A++++++++

Ms. Yost truly cares about her patient's well-being. She is extremely knowledgeable, and very detail-oriented. Regina is extraordinarily friendly, and professional. Her staff is just as incredible. I've gladly referred her to friends. Wish I could give her ten stars!!!

Very Knowledgeable. Realized immediately I was on the wrong BP meds due to my kidney issues. In house blood tests also which makes it convenient.
