I am so happy that I found Ms. Jack as a therapist. When I came to her as a client, I was at the lowest point in my career. I was dealing with a very stressful work situation and I had to work closely with someone who was skilled in manipulation. The skills that I had used to help me to become as successful up until that point, wasn't working and I felt as though I was on a sinking ship. Ms. Jack help me to discover and develop skill sets that I never knew I had. She also helped me to broaden my perspective all the while respecting my stance and position on issues. When I say that I am handling my life from a whole new level, it is an understatement. Ms. Jack is an exceptional therapist and I am so grateful that she helped me navigate through the most stressful time of my life.

Scheduled a visit 2 days prior to appointment. Followed the directions as per the address that I received from the email. Used my GPS, which led me to an incorrect location. I called this therapist to let her know I had been looking for her building and could not find it. She was able to give me directions based on my current location. When I went into the office and asked for the therapist, the front receptionist stated “ I have no idea who that is” I called the therapist and got her voicemail. I left her a voicemail to let her know I was canceling the appointment because it was almost 20 minutes into my appointment time. She called me back and responded that she understood my frustration. A few minutes later, I received an invoice for $115.00. I called to have her explain what I was being charged for. She told me to refer to the cancellation policy which happened to be a part of the pre-registration paperwork. Read carefully all paperwork when seeking treatment!
