The initial meeting was great, but after I shared my poor experience with a recommended physical therapist, she became hostile, condescending, rude, and passively aggressive. I thought that sharing our experiences with our physicians was not only expected but welcomed? She took my relay personally and shouldn't have especially since my verbal review was no reflection on her or Dr. Iossi (only the therapist who I later learned was a friend of hers hence her dislike of the review of the therapist)
