Keeps trying to reduce my pain meds and NOT listening. Also stopping tele visits ..;.and had NO answers on how to lower my A1C

Unfortunately she was 40 minutes late and so rushed she said she did not have time to refer me to a specialist when I described health conditions that warrant further examination. I was told they are closing the office in two weeks. They obviously no longer care about their patients.

When I had consultation by other medical providers, nobody knew what was wrong with my thumb after I cut it and could no longer bend it, because the cut didn't look so deep when I got checked out. They ensured me that after it healed I should regain movement, but that was not the case even after 3 weeks. Then I came to see Renee for a second opinion. After a quick demonstration of my lack of movement, she immediately told me that I severed my flexor tendon, she knew, even though the scab healed already. I was weary of her quick analysis initially, but she was right! She referred me to a specialist within my insurance plan, and they agreed that my tendon sure did get cut in half! Renee is very thorough, informative, and her fun, edgy personality made me actually have a good time during my visit. She answered all of my questions and ensured that I had a good understanding, showing me examples of my injury, where it was, why my thumb wasn't moving, and how surgery would go. So impressed!

Renee is an amazing provider. She diagnosed my condition within the first few minutes and with minimal tests. She cared enough to talk to me personally to follow-up and make sure I was doing well. Everyone at the clinic was amazing. The front desk ladies were chipper, caring and professional. The medical assistants were knowledgeable, friendly, inviting, and caring. I absolutely love this practice!
