I have been in severe pain for months. Something showed on a CT and not on an ultrasound. I have been through two ERs and a doctor and now Renee. I am in debilitating pain, I cannot get up from bed by myself or even get changed. All I wanted was for someone to take me seriously and cancel out the possibility of Endometriosis. Instead, I am given another form of birth control on top of my current one. I asked why, and was told this is how they treat Endometriosis. So, to conclude, I am trying a lot of different medication for something I STILL don’t have a solid diagnosis on. It does not take a genius to look on Google and see that Endometriosis does not always show on an ultrasound. I can’t work or afford my car OR rent right now because I can hardly move!

Love Renee. However her office processes fraudulent charges against patients. Buyer beware! Make sure you are know of the “facility fee” of $200+ you must pay to be seen in the office.

My daughters and I like Renee. However beware of Mercy Health billing practices! My insurance shows Renee as “in network” and the visit was covered as such. HOWEVER, Mercy Health billed a $233 fee for use of the exam room. When I called to inquire, I was told that is a routine billing practice. It is billed as a “technical charge”. Really? This fee was never disclosed. I was told that providers do not discuss billing with patients. So beware. We will not be back.

She is wonderful at her job. She is kind and tries to be as helpful as possible. I have had her for a couple yrs and she is amazing. I highly recommend her!
