I wish I had read the reviews before I went to her. She was highly rude, unprofessional and confrontational. When I was unable to abide by her schedule she dropped us and inferred that I was being a horrible parent. My daughter indicated on more than one occasion that Renee told her she was stupid after she confided in her. Renee contradicted herself in our texts and relied on me to keep track of billing. Patients beware...

Rude, confrontational and quite honestly a bully. She hung up on me because she cancelled my appointment to discuss my son’s treatment options and was not willing to offer a reasonable reschedule time. She clearly doesn’t have a vested interest in the treatment of the patient as all she cares about is collecting her co pay and insurance. I wouldn’t recommmend her to my worst enemy. Thanks Renee for withholding information on my son.

This counselor is one of the best I have ever gone to. She is a kind, compassionate woman. If you want a counselor who will actually help you, shes the one!

Just spoke with this therapist on the phone, gathering info about her practice to know if she was the right choice for our family. The above reviews are correct. This woman was immediately confrontational, stating that she had returned my call and that I had not answered the phone. When I asked about copay for out of network she asked why I did not know that she is in network. She described herself as being very experienced but her interpersonal phone skills were horrible.

I would not recommend this therapist to anyone. She is rude, abrupt and quite unprofessional. She will not extend you the courtesy to speak and will bully and speak over you as if your voice or opinion doesn’t count or matter. She even hung up the phone on me while I was trying to respond. Should have listened to the other reviewers. Nothing was accomplished in the sessions. It was a complete waste of time and money.

I tried to schedule an appointment for family therapy, and she bullied me because I didn't know the address that our insurance was under. We had just moved from another country, which was the reason we were looking for help, and she berated me for not being able to provide an address. This went on until I began to cry. I'm not sure what kind of therapist can't even listen to someone on an introductory phone call -- I tried to explain it was a temporary office address, and she hung up on me.
