I do not recommend anyone go to Rhena. On my second appointment. She showed up late. Then tried to have me fill out the new patient info again. This was only a week after my first appointment. I’m figuring she is just having a bad day. After I share with her some challenges I faced during the week she listened intently and was helping me feel validated. Then she stood up walked over to her closet. I wasn’t sure what was happening. She turned around looked over me towards the corner of the room and spoke in a very loud voice”. “I don’t understand why Northern Europeans push all their feelings down! “ If I was there and upset everyone would know!” Then begins to pretend cry loud and theatrically. It was very surreal. I wanted to run out, but stayed calm. She handed me worksheet. Then walked to her desk to schedule our next appointment. I told her I needed to get back to her. I was looking over the worksheet thinking since there was still ten mins left of our appointment we may discuss the worksheet. She the loudly says “Can I help you?” I was really confused. At no point did she have me feeling like she was done, and along with the fact we started 15min late, and still had 10 min left before the appointment was done. I was really confused. I said I’m sorry I did not realize we were done. She the goes into how she has another appointment she needs to get ready for. Which was interesting to me since not only was she late and unprepared for my appointment, but she is citing my time even more short so she can prepare for the next appointment. I’m imagining my insurance was billed for the extra 25min I was shorted. This was a real let down to me because after my first appointment with her I had really liked her, but she clearly did not like me. No worries! I can go elsewhere.
