Dr. Rhonda Vandran, OD

After 20 years I recently noted some changes in my vision. I quickly learned getting a new patient appointment was a challenge. Call Dr Van Dram's office and they got me in quickly. My visit was very informative. New technology found the possible beginning of what could be a serious problem if left untreated. Dr Van Dran was very through explaining why and what the next steps are. Staff was pleasant and accommodating of my mobility issues. I left the office feeling greatly relieved and positive outlook at solution to the issue Dr Van Dran found. She takes the time to tell the why & what next NOT a quick look and next patient.

I witnessed the Dr degrade and scold the young lady who does glasses this morning because the young lady did not hear the Dr call her. It was one of the most unprofessional things I have witnessed by a Dr! I tried asking manager for help with glasses because she was standing next to me but she refused to help and insisted on calling the poor girl who had just gotten in trouble. This environment is definitely changed and not for the good!

Long wait time. Scheduled appointment doesn't start until an hour later. Dr seem to be in a rush a lot, did only a quick examination then sent me out to have her assistant do the rest. When I wanted to ask her questions, she quickly rushed me out of the exam room did not let me finish my question. Very disappointed with the overall services
