Dr. Richard Hiler, DC

I have an AMAZING testimony! Last July, I lost all coordination due to a traumatic brain injury from a car accident. I thought my life was over. When I first came to Dr. Hiler, I couldn't even look to the right or left; my eyes were spinning in circles, up and down. I went from not being able to draw half inch crooked line to drawing my name in straight line (two months) ago, writing sentences in almost straight line (a month ago), and now today, I am drawing animals! I give all of the credit to Dr. Hiler's neuromuscular re-education exercises (re-training the brain), infra red therapy (light therapy on my brain), sound therapy, and vision/spatial skill exercises. My depression has gone away and I am getting my life back! Thank you Dr. Hiler! Miracles are happening every day in my life!

TERRIBLE. I recently had a very bad experience at Hiler Chiropractic & Neurology. Even worse, either the staff is now purposely hiding their failings from Dr. Hiler, or he really does not care about his patients. BEWARE! If you read this and go to him, you are out of your mind. I have left this very negative review on every site I can, in hopes Dr. Hiler sees them and cares enough to respond.

Terrible experience today. I made an online appointment last Thursday for 11:00 today (Tuesday). I called on Friday to be sure that they would accept my insurance as their website said they did. I was told I wasn’t in their system yet. I arrived 15 minutes prior to my appointment. Checked in, sat down. I was approached by another woman who said they don’t make appointments at 11:00 because everyone was leaving for lunch or meetings. Well...the website let me make an 11:00 appointment. No response. In addition I was advised that every new patient had to see the nurse practitioner first, she was not in network for my insurance and that would cost $64. Nothings about that on the website. Also, she was there, but I was told she was “getting ready to leave.” Then she said they would check to see if my insurance would be accepted by the chiropractor. I would think by now they know. Disappointing that no one cared enough to try to accommodate a new patient. Lots of other DC’s out there!

I would definitely recommend Dr. Hilers Chiropractic to anyone suffering with chronic pain! My neck and lower back adjustments have improved my overall health in just a few short weeks, visiting once a week! The staff is very friendly, scheduling on short notice is easy and there is very little wait time, which fits my busy schedule. I love going there and you will too, after only 1 visit??

Awesome place for treatment. They make you feel like part of the family

Dr. Hiler personally called me after I had insurance problems. His office staff has gone the extra mile trying to deal with a BCBS mix up. I appreciate their time and attention to this. A rare find in today's world.
