I was totally impressed by Richard's dedication to his craft. His engagement with/manipulation of the problematic areas of my anatomy was stellar. He was very personable and thoroughly explained what he was embarking on; including providing a rational for the approach and what the ideal state of the infirmed area should be, as depicted in Musculoskeletal wall charts. Coupled with his professionalism, he exuded a sense of caring and empathy. He's easy to talk to; is not aloof or seem disconnected from the client, during the process. I felt very relaxed and comfortable during each session. Finally, I am extremely pleased and grateful that a three-decade severe back problem can be transformed from a 10 pain level to a level 3. Especially after having unsuccessfully gone through a gamut of pain remedies and specialists.
